Your First Order Process

  1. Register / Creat an account.

    Create your account on this site. Fill in your business information, preferred contact method, and shipping address. Registration is free and approval usually takes less than 24 hours.

  2. Browse Catalog & Add to Cart

    After creating your accout, log in and proceed to see pricing. Browse the catalog, select products and quantities, and add them to your cart.

  3. Submit a Quote Request

    When your cart is ready, submit a Quote Request. This is not a confirmed order — it sends us your product selection so we can prepare a formal quotation including shipping costs.

  4. Receive Your Quotation

    We’ll send you a detailed quotation via your preferred contact method (WhatsApp or Email), usually within 24 hours. The quotation includes product prices, shipping cost, and any applicable fees.

  5. Confirm & Pay

    Review the quotation. Once you confirm, we’ll send you an invoice. Complete payment via Wise or PayPal (PayPal availability depends on your country) to lock in your order.

  6. Shipment & Delivery

    After payment confirmation, your order is shipped within 1–3 business days via FedEx or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number via your preferred contact method.

Accepted methods: Wise, PayPal (PayPal availability depends on your country)

Wise: No additional fees from our side

PayPal: 5% processing fee on total order value (shipping included) — availability depends on your country

Currency: All invoices are issued in JPY (Japanese Yen). Payment can be made in any currency supported by Wise or PayPal.

USA Orders — DDP Shipping

For shipments to the United States, we do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping before we offered DDP shipping where;

A 12.5% customs duty and 1% carrier handling fee (13.5% in total) were charged in advance.

These fees were included in your total payment.

You were not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Carriers: FedEx or DHL (depending on destination)

All shipments include tracking number

Customs duties are the importer's responsibility.

Delivery times:

USA / Canada: 1–3 business days

Europe: 2–6 business days

Other regions: up to 14 business days

NOTE!

Notice regarding U.S. Customs (Form 5106)

 

For any shipment valued over USD 2,500, the buyer must submit Form 5106 to U.S. Customs.

Without this submission, customs clearance cannot be completed and delivery will be delayed.

The form must be submitted within 2–3 days after the shipment arrives at U.S. Customs.

Failure to submit within this period may result in storage fees of USD 10–30 per day.

To avoid this, we can arrange shipments so that each remains under USD 2,500.
